• Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- for DGM & Rs.36600-62000/- for Sr. DGM

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Manager/DGM : B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science/IT or equivalent from an AICTE approved Institution and MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management or M.Tech is desirable.
• For DGM/Sr. DGM : Bachelors degree in Science or equivalent from an AICTE approved Institution or equivalent qualification from the Defence Forces.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 31.05.2016

• For DGM/Sr. DGM : 50 years
• For Manager : 40 years
• For DGM : 45 years

Job Location : Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh)

Selection Process : Selection will be through Interview of the shortlisted candidates.

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- through Challan at any branch of State Bank of India. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
