Eligible Criteria for OPGC Recruitment :
- Educational Qualification :
For Deputy General Manager (Mech-Maint) : B. Tech/BE Mechanical with 14-18 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre out of which 4-5 years in a lead role in the relevant area. And Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices. - For Deputy General Manager (Elec-Maint) : B. Tech/BE Electrical with 14-18 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre out of which 4-5 years in a lead role in the relevant area. And Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools.

- Age Limit : As per OPGC rules.
