Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Senior Executive : B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with pass marks/percentage or equivalent CGPA OR MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma of 2 years duration from recognized Institute/ University with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management with at least Ist Division or equivalent CGPA OR Degree in Law ( LLB – 3 years) or Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law with at least II division from a recognized Institute/University.
• For Chief Manager : Graduate from a recognized Institute /University and CA/ICWA Or Candidates having B.Com & MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University.
• For Dy. General Manager : B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with pass marks/percentage or equivalent CGPA.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 21.08.2015

• For Senior Executive : 30 years
• For Chief Manager : 45 years
• For Dy. General Manager : 48 years

Selection Process : The Selection process shall be by way of Personal Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General and OBC-NCL category need to pay application/processing/registration fee of Rs.500/-. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal Candidates are exempted from payment of application/processing fee.
