Eligibility Criteria for TNPL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
  
• For Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/ Officer (Accounts) : CA/ ICWA with 17 years of post qualification experience (for manager), 14 years of post qualification experience (for deputy Manager), 10 years of post qualification experience (for Assistant Manager) & 8 years of post qualification experience (for Officer)
• For Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/ Officer (HR) : Full time Arts / Science /Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time  M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management /Industrial  Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM or  Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR. And 17 years of post qualification experience (for manager), 14 years of post qualification experience (for deputy Manager), 10 years of post qualification experience (for Assistant Manager) & 8 years of post qualification experience (for Officer)
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : (as on 01.05.2016)

• For Manager : 37 years
• For Deputy Manager : 34 years
• For Assistant Manager : 29 years
• For Officer : 28 years
