Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Tug Master : Matriculation or its equivalent Possession of First Class Master Certificate under Inland Steam Vessels Act, 1917 (1 of 1917) (OR) Possession of Certificate of Competency as Master of a Steam Vessel having engine of any nominal Horse Power, (or) of a Motor vessel having engines of any Break Horse Power, issued by the Mercantile Marine Department under Major Ports Harbour Crafts Rules.
• For  Driver : Matriculation or its equivalent; Should be in possession of First Class Driver Certificate issued under Major Port Harbour Craft Rules OR Matriculation or its equivalent; Possession of Engine Driver certificate granted under Inland Steam Vessels.
• For  Sukkani : Matriculation or its equivalent and Possession of Certificate of Competency as Serang of a Steam Vessel having engines of less than 40 nominal Horse Power or of a Motor vessel having engines of less than 226 Break Horse Power, issued by the Mercantile Marine Department under Major Port Harbour Crafts Rules
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 30 years
