- For Senior Project Fellow : M.Sc in Geology/Environmental Science / M.Sc in Spatial Information Technology with a minimum of two years experience in GIS related works OR M.Tech in Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing.
- For Junior Research Fellow : M.Sc/M. Tech in Geology/Environmental Science/Geoinformatics.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : As per Rules
